Maybe that's why it didn't happen - they figured out we were onto 'em...

Again I say Gary had no choice but to deliver. He had pricing options however. It WAS for a rush job for "national security" and they were last in the HUGE cue when they "ordered". That justifies a large price premium.
And to the sheeple that make up the general public, nowyou know what passes for "national security".
Run away!
Jerry
Proof I was right yet again and was challenged by the typical rmrarians, but is it wise for Gary to publish (continue much longer publishing) a document of "natonal security" activities?
Jerry
Jerry likes Gary better far from jail cells.
This is a demand to produce "explosive materials".
APCP rocket motors are CLEARLY PADs and EXEMPT from this claim per 27 CFR 555.141-a-8.
They are further exempt per LETTER RULINGS exempting SU motors under62.5g.
I recommend NAR make an emergency filing to have the ILLEGAL order rescinded in the instant matter and have an injunction issued from usage of any materials acquired on these illegal orders!!!!!!!!!

Who's stopping you? You can't say that the NFPA codes are, if your state isn't NFPA compliant. And TRA isn't stopping you, nor is NAR (to my knowledge).
I assume these motors were PAID FOR. At full retail price.
I guess we know who is still running the show...

For Mil Spec, that would be a bargain.

Actually, they are pretty generic. The ones we get here in IL list the refunds for most of NE, MI, CA, etc. We just don't have to pay the silly deposit when we buy them. I wonder what kind of industry there is in buying empty drink cans or bottles in one state, and returning them in another state for the refund.

Correct. 15+ years ago.
No, TRA only kicks you out if you disagree with the management over anything. Never for violating the safety rules. In fact rules violations are encouraged. Perhaps manditory.

Can't afford J350s? Proved that they didn't know how to use them?
